Return Policy

OUR RETURN POLICY AND PROCESS

Quick and easily return your items(s) through our Returns Portal. Only US customers will be able to purchase a return shipping label but the returns portal is open to all customers.

 

START RETURN

 

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

The majority of returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a SHOSHO Fashion gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. To receive your store credit more quickly, use the prepaid return label option in our Returns Portal!

Please note: Please ensure to package each order separately. If multiple orders are returned inside a single return package, your return will require additional time to process. You will not receive credit for any non-eligible items returned.

 

RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on certain final sale items.


Exchanges
To ensure a high level of customer service, we do not accept exchanges. If you want another item, we suggest you make a new purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
